Cupcakes with psyllium

Unusual, very tasty and healthy cupcakes! Cook and make your family happy! Recently I have been practicing baking with the addition of psyllium. I've already baked pancakes, cookies, and bread. It was the cupcakes' turn. It turned out very tasty! Of course, in addition to psyllium, the composition includes many more ingredients. Try it! And be healthy! By the way, such cupcakes can be stored in the refrigerator (up to 5 days) or in the freezer (up to 3 months), warming up if necessary. But it's better to eat them fresh!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees, and also prepare 8 cupcake molds - put paper molds in them (or you can grease them with oil).
2. First, prepare the top of the cupcakes, for which place all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender and mix until crumbs form. Put the crumb in the freezer for now.
3. Now prepare the base of the dough. To do this, also place all the ingredients for the base in the bowl of a blender and mix until smooth.
4. Spread the base on the molds. Put the crumbs from the freezer on top.
5. Put the molds in the oven that has had time to warm up for 20-25 minutes until a beautiful ruddy color. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer: pierce the dough, if the skewer is dry and clean, the cupcakes are ready.
6. Hold the finished cupcakes in the molds for 5 minutes, then put them on the grill to cool.

Have a sweet tea party!
