Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Thoroughly mix the oatmeal, oat flakes, coconut chips, chia and sesame seeds, baking powder, soda, salt and raisins in a suitable container.
2. Beat the butter - it should be at room temperature, soft.
3. Add vanilla seeds and brown sugar to the butter. You can add more sugar if you want to get sweet breads. Or don't put it at all. Mix it up.
4. Break an egg into an oily mass, mix everything well with a mixer at medium speed.
5. Now, stirring with a mixer at low speed, add the mixture of dry ingredients in portions. In the end, the mass will become so thick that it will have to be mixed with your hands.
6. On a baking sheet covered with parchment, spread the dough with a spoon and use a fork to form tortillas.
7. Bake the loaves at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
8. Let the finished loaves cool on the grill.

Be healthy!
