Morning Dew Pie

Beautiful dance with coconut balls and delicate custard. A long time ago, when I saw a photo of this dance on one site, I wanted to cook, but I postponed everything for later. And now, having tried it, I blame myself for not doing it before. The dough is very tender, fragrant and very tasty - it can be eaten raw from under the mixer. The curd balls turned out to be dryish - you need to take a fatter curd (I have 2%). I will cook more than once.
