Deer meat has a specific flavor and a fairly stable rigidity. The purpose of this recipe is to hide this specific flavor and cook a delicious soft dish of deer meat.

Let's go!

1. Cut the meat into medium-sized portions and soak it in water for 12 hours, leaving it in the refrigerator. In the process, change the water 2-3 times.
2. After that, season the meat with salt, pepper and grease with mustard. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
3. Prepare potatoes, onions and carrots. Wash everything-peel and cut: potatoes - in circles, onions - in rings, carrots - in cubes.
4. Marinated meat fry on all sides until browned.
5. Put the meat together with the released juice into a baking dish.
6. Put carrots and onions on top, potatoes on them.
7. Close the lid or foil and bake the dish in the oven at 140 degrees for 90 minutes.
