Shell pasta with spinach, Ricotta cheese and Grana Padano

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

First we make the sauce, for which you need:

- finely chop the onion and garlic, fry in olive oil;
- add coarsely chopped peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper;
- cook on low heat for 10 minutes;
- at the end add chopped basil and mix, remove from heat.

Meanwhile, we are preparing concilloni and stuffing:

- boil the shells in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, drain the broth and rinse the pasta under running water;
- combine spinach, ricotta, finely grated Grana Padano and egg;
- season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix;
- stuff the shells with stuffing.

Bake:

- pour the sauce into a baking dish;
- we spread pasta with stuffing tightly to each other in the sauce and sprinkle with grated Grana Padano;
- bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
