Lemonella in sour cream baked with potatoes

Delicious, hearty, light dish! Please your family - bake limonella! Limonella is a fish containing a lot of water and little fat. The fish meat is so tender that when frying large fish can simply fall apart. That is why I think that the ideal way to cook this type of fish is to bake it in sour cream and spices. The taste is amazing!

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

Cooking the dish will begin with the preparation of the ingredients:

- we clean the fish, remove the tails and fins and cut into portions;
- peel the onion from the husk and cut into half rings, lightly grind with a pinch of salt;
- peel and grate the carrots on a medium or coarse grater;
- peeled potatoes are cut into circles.

Then we prepare the dish for baking:

- we put the pieces of limonella into a baking dish;
- sprinkle the fish with spices and salt, leaving a pinch of salt and paprika for the future;
- we put sour cream in the same place;
- mix everything thoroughly so that the sour cream and spices are evenly distributed over the entire outer and inner surface of the fish pieces;
- mix onions with grated carrots and spread on top of the fish;
- put a layer of chopped potatoes on top and sprinkle with salt and paprika.

We finish cooking the dish by baking in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. The dish is ready when the potatoes are easily pierced with a knife or toothpick.

Serve, garnished with herbs. Bon appetit!
