Makrurus under yogurt with vegetables

Melting in the mouth, very tender fish! Cook and enjoy! This deep-sea fish is known for its tender meat with an exquisite and unusual taste, slightly reminiscent of shrimp. It is believed that macrurus is quite difficult to cook beautifully, so that it retains its shape - its meat is so tender. Therefore, it is optimal to bake it in the oven. I suggest baking it with vegetables and yogurt.
