1. Put the vegetables in a colander, pour boiling water over them and leave to cool and drain. When the water drains, add salt.
2. For the dough, mix kefir and water, add salt, sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix until dissolved. Add flour and soda (it is better to sift them). Mix it up. Add marjoram, pepper and quickly knead the dough until smooth. After adding soda, you need to work quickly.
3. Put the vegetables in the dough and mix.
4. Grease the casserole dish with butter and put the dough with vegetables into the mold.
5. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
6. Take out, slice, and you can serve.
Such a casserole with sour cream is delicious!
