Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 25 min

Dough preparation:

1. Sift flour, mix with sugar, salt and Italian herb mixture.
2. Dilute the yeast in water at room temperature and add to the flour mixture.
3. Add olive oil and knead the "flowing" dough.
4. A bowl covered with a film with dough, leave to settle for 2 hours.
5. Sprinkle a baking sheet covered with parchment with flour and lay out the dough. 6. Cover the baking sheet with a kitchen towel and leave the dough to rise.
7. Divide the risen dough with a knife or a spatula into portions, make shallow incisions on each piece.
8. Bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
9. 10 minutes after the start of baking, sprinkle the ciabatta with a small amount of water - this will allow a crispy crust to form.
