To start, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix mustard, soy sauce and honey in a suitable bowl. Add spices to the resulting mixture to your taste and a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.
Now thoroughly coat the turkey with marinade from all sides and leave to marinate for several hours – ideally, but if there is not enough time, 30 minutes will be enough.
The meat is ready to go for baking. Prepare a baking sheet that can be pre-covered with foil, or a baking dish. A sleeve is also quite suitable.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and put the future pastrami to bake. This will take about 15 minutes, after which you need to turn off the oven and leave the meat inside for 3-4 hours.
After this time, you will be able to enjoy the delicate taste of turkey pastrami. Try it and you won't regret it!
