    Beat the meat well. Salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with ground paprika. Basically, you can add any spices you like. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

    Dry the nuts in a frying pan, cut half of the pepper into large strips.

    Take a large bunch of spinach (in grams I wrote approximately), scald with boiling water in a colander, let the water drain. Then we interrupt with a blender, squeeze it out slightly. We knead the nuts a little with a rolling pin, you don't need to put them in small crumbs.

    Spinach is distributed over the entire surface of the meat.

    Sprinkle nuts on top.

    Put basil leaves on one side of the meat and pepper on top.

    Carefully roll up the roll and tie it with a thick thread.
