Fish from Natusik

I came up with this recipe myself. It turned out very tasty! Now this is my signature recipe. It's not even a shame to serve it to guests.

  1. Step 1:

    Melt butter, add flour, fry everything together over low heat. Pour in warm cream and milk, add salt and cook stirring on a quiet flame for 7 minutes until thickened. If there are lumps in the sauce, whisk it with a blender until smooth.

    Cut tomatoes into circles.

    Put our tomatoes on the fish and pour the sauce over the entire surface.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top
