    Add flour (about 2 cups at first) and yeast. Mix it up. Gradually adding flour, we continue to knead the dough. The amount of flour depends on its quality, i.e. you may have more or less of the specified amount. The dough should not stick to your hands. At the same time, it should be soft and elastic.

    Sprinkle the container with flour. We put the dough there, cover it with a towel. Put in a warm place for lifting.

    After about 40-50 minutes, the dough will increase in volume by 2 times. Knead, leave for the second ascent.

    The second time the dough will rise faster. We mince and you can do buns.

    Sprinkle the table with flour. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
