    Prepare minced meat as for cutlets. Turn the meat through a meat grinder together with onion, garlic (to taste), and bread soaked in milk. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, beat in the eggs and mix. Beat the minced meat well. We take a handful of minced meat and throw it on the table, we are not afraid of anything. We continue to beat back. The longer, the more airy and softer our meat tortillas will be. For egg rolls, beat the eggs with a mixer, add finely chopped bell pepper, herbs, salt and pepper.

    Bake small egg pancakes. Roll them into rolls and cut them into three parts.

    Make tortillas from minced meat and put an egg roll from a pancake on each one and form zrazy.

    Roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown. Put them on a baking sheet. Prepare the sauce: Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and garlic grated on a fine grater. Grease the zrazy with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until cooked. Bon appetit!
