Charlotte with jam

Another version of the good old Charlotte ;). This version of the classic pie with the addition of jam, cinnamon and nuts, it seems to me, is much tastier.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 55 min
1. Beat the eggs and sugar to a white foam (it took me about 5 minutes, with a blender with a whisk).
2. Add flour (sifted), jam, nuts (you can use any) and soda (slaked with vinegar!). Add cinnamon if desired.
The dough is not very thick.
3. Pour into a mold and put in a preheated oven.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes on medium heat (alas, there is no temperature indicator in my stove).
5. You can check the readiness by piercing the dough with a toothpick / match. If it stays dry, the pie is ready!
Bon appetit.
