Julienne with chicken and mushrooms in cupcake molds

It's all about the pitch! A great option for a hot snack. Julienne is a fairly simple dish, but you can make it more attractive and, accordingly, more delicious if you cook it in bright silicone molds from Oursson. The finished dish does not need to be removed from the molds, julienne should be served hot. We also recommend freezing the finished juliennes, and preheating them in the microwave before serving. The taste of the dish will not change.
