It's easy to cook, it won't take much time, but it turns out delicious, crumbly, crunchy, moderately sweet cookies.

    We take the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 2 parts so that it is convenient to roll out. Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough into a thin layer.

    Cut the roll with a knife into pieces about 4 cm wide. Shake the egg and lubricate the top of the Nazuk cookies, you can also sprinkle the top with sugar.

    Grease the baking sheet with oil and spread it on the table. We repeat the same with the second part of the dough and the remaining filling. I got 20 pieces. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
