  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To make buns, we will need only a few ingredients, namely a ready-made puff pastry, blueberries, sugar and an egg for greasing.

    Step 2.

Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

And divide into 6 equal parts. I divide first into squares, and then I roll out each piece to a rectangle, but you do as it is easier for you.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

On the edge of the rectangle on the larger side, lay out the berries in a row and sprinkle them with 1 tsp sugar (or to taste). If your berries are frozen like mine, then you do not need to defrost them beforehand. On the opposite side of the berries, we make parallel incisions at an angle not reaching the berries by 1-2 cm .

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Carefully wrap the berries in a tube, carefully pinch the edge of the dough and wrap the tube of berries into a roll.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Wrap the resulting roll in the form of a snail.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Put the resulting snails on a baking sheet and leave for 15 minutes to rest. After 15 minutes, grease the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle sugar on top.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Bake in a preheated 190 C oven for about 15-20 minutes. The buns should be well browned. We let the finished buns cool down and serve them to the table.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

    Bon appetit!
