Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

Remove the peel from the orange (only the orange part).
Squeeze out the juice (about 100 ml is needed).
Chop the prunes finely (if it is hard, pre-soak).
Rub butter with sugar.
Add eggs, mix.
Add orange juice.
Add the zest, mix.
Add prunes.
Add cottage cheese.
Mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Grease the mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 26 cm) with a little oil, lay out the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
