Delicious, gentle and without much hassle! Try it and you! I really liked the recipe. Everything turned out to be so fast, especially if the husband turns the liver on a meat grinder, and you are already frying onions and carrots at this time. The liver turned out to be very tender. I added some of my ingredients, slightly, in my opinion, improving the taste of this dish.
