Pumpkin Cupcakes from Jamie Oliver

Healthy, delicious and very fragrant pumpkin cupcakes with nuts. Pumpkin is practically not cooked in my family, since only I love it) But since it is very useful, fragrant and just very tasty, I try to disguise it somewhere :) I accidentally saw this recipe on the Internet and decided to definitely test it! Cupcakes are prepared very easily and quickly. Cupcakes turn out very tasty, slightly with a moist crumb (I understand thanks to pumpkin), and the aroma thanks to pumpkin and cinnamon stood for the whole apartment. Even the husband and father who do not eat pumpkin were the first to stand in line for the sample. And even they appreciated them. Thanks to Jamie Oliver! I hope you will like these cupcakes too!

Add sugar, eggs, sifted flour with baking powder, cinnamon, walnuts and vegetable oil to the pumpkin. Turn on the combine and mix well. The finished dough is laid out in prepared molds and sent to the preheated oven to 170 C, bake for about 30 minutes. Let the finished cupcakes cool down and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
