Wings in Canadian

Fragrant and juicy wings with a golden crust - men will appreciate it! My family loves wings very much and when I met such a wonderful marinade on the Internet, I immediately ran to cook! I've already cooked several times, they fly off the table like seeds! I hope you like it too!

My wings, cut off the tips and cut the joint into 2 parts. We prepare the marinade (preferably in a separate container, but not necessarily), mix applesauce, ketchup (in the original you need to add ketchup, but I forgot to buy it, so I added homemade sauce with bell pepper, it turned out no worse than with ketchup, only a little lighter color when baking turned out), honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and all spices. If you are in doubt about adding cinnamon or not, add at least a pinch, it really gives a unique flavor to the dish. Add the marinade to the wings, mix well and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour or more. Put the marinated wings on a baking sheet and bake until ready at a temperature of 200 C. During baking, the wings can be smeared with the remnants of the marinade a couple of times. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
