Cooking begins with heating water in a saucepan. Yeast is bred in the already heated liquid. Butter is also added there, along with salt and sugar. The dough is kneaded on this mixture and left in a warm place for a couple of hours. After that, it crumples, and returns to languish for an extra hour.

Then, the dough is rolled out well, so that a thin layer is obtained. They spread out a baking sheet, drizzled with olive oil. A small layer of sour cream is placed on top of the dough, add salt, sprinkle with pepper. Put the onion in the next layer, in half rings, and the last layer – pork belly, cut into pieces. The dish is cooked for less than half an hour, until the edges begin to darken.
