Oyster mushrooms are lightly washed, preserving the skin. Then we divide the whole bunch into separate mushrooms. If the mushroom is large, then you can separate the stem from the cap.
Take 4 eggs, add salt, pepper, dried herbs to them and beat well.
Dip the mushrooms first in a beaten egg, and then roll them in breadcrumbs. The mushrooms prepared in this way are fried in a frying pan in a large amount of hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Then we spread the toasted mushrooms on a paper towel so that it absorbs all the excess fat.
Fried and dried mushrooms spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 C.
We put ready-made mushrooms on a plate and decorate with chopped greens.
Mushrooms can be eaten both as a hot snack and cold. To someone, mushrooms cooked in this way may seem a little dry, so you can make them a creamy garlic or tomato-garlic sauce.
Bon appetit.
