Filling
3 whisk the protein, add 2 cups of crushed walnuts and 2 cups of sugar
Dough

And again put it to bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, if you see that it is fried ahead of time, you can reduce it to 140, then pour syrup 5 minutes before it is ready (2 cups of sugar + 1 cup of water)
Put it in the oven for another 5 minutes, pull it out and wait until it cools down
