Focaccia with dried tomatoes

Italian tortilla will play the role of an excellent snack at any time of the day. The focaccia recipe is not complicated and very effective, if you like Italian bread, then this is for you! Dilute the yeast and let it come up.
Knead the dough, it should be soft but not sticky.
Cover the dough with a film and leave it to come up for an hour.
While it fits, we will prepare the filling.
Fry the onion in oil, add a little black pepper and thyme, lightly sprinkle.
 Next, we form a tortilla with our hands, lay out olives, onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle a little fragrant oil from the tomatoes, leave to approach for another 20 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Focaccia turns out to be porous and very fragrant. Bon appetit!
