Cottage cheese cake with chocolate

A piece of cottage cheese pie will help to cheer up on a rainy day! I'm a big fan of cottage cheese baking and I can't deny myself this weakness, so I find new ideas and bring to life what I like with my amendments. This is my next experiment on the curd-chocolate theme.

First prepare the curd part, mix the cottage cheese and eggs together, add milk and vanilla sugar, and beat the mass until it becomes homogeneous, then add flour and whisk again.
Now we proceed to the chocolate part. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Rub the butter, adding sugar and salt beforehand, add the beaten eggs little by little to the mass of butter, while whipping without stopping. Then add the melted chocolate and whisk again, then pour in the flour (sifted) and baking powder and whisk again.
Cover the mold with parchment paper, put the chocolate dough (1/3) on it, spread five spoons of cottage cheese on top, then spread five spoons of chocolate mass, and so on until the dough is over. Make zigzag lines around the perimeter with a knife to give the cake a beautiful "marble" structure. Bake at a temperature of 180 g. Until he blushes. Check the readiness with a fork.
