Volovany from ready-made puff pastry

These puff tartlets are simply amazing! Comfortable. Valovany are small snack "boxes" made of puff pastry, filled with different fillings and having different shapes. They are most like tartlets. I suggest rectangular rolls of puff pastry. They are convenient to hold in your hands, you can add more fillings and there is room for decoration.

Unfold the pre-thawed dough, cut in half. The dough does not need to be rolled out and sprinkled with flour.
Cut the layers into equal parts.
Take one blank and, retreating a little, cut with a sharp knife around the perimeter.
Take out the cut middle and roll it out to the size of the outer blank.
Put the bottom on a baking sheet. Grease with lightly beaten egg.
Put the sides on the bottom.
Heat the oven to 220 degrees.
Put a baking sheet with rolls in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.

Fill the finished rolls with various salads and serve them on the table.
