Roll out the dough, cut out two identical circles in a round shape. In one, we cut out arbitrarily several small circles - these are "holes" on the cheese.

Cut out another circle for the mouse. In the center is a semicircular incision.

Wrap the foil with a cone, wrap the incised circle around it.

Using foil, we lift the dough in the incised place, forming the mouse head.

We cut out a thin strip from the dough, it will be a tail. We cut out the semicircular ears. We put everything on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven (180g).

Now we lubricate the first finished circle with cottage cheese cream. We put "cheese" on it.

Glue the ears to the body of the mouse with cream, put it on the cheese. We insert the tail under the body.

Three currants will be eyes and a nose. They can be attached with toothpicks.
