Sift flour into a bowl (to saturate with oxygen), add baking powder, soda, poppy seeds, vanilla sugar. At the very end, put the dried cherries and mix.

In another bowl, grind the soft butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat. Gradually add flour and sour cream to the resulting mixture. Stir, add lemon zest.

Put it in a silicone mold (or another one, but then you need to lubricate it)

Bake at 180 degrees for one hour.

Leave in the oven until completely cooled.
Decorate with powdered sugar and "berries".
