Melt margarine, add 1 cup sugar, egg, grind. Add 1 cup of sour cream, mix everything well. Pour in the sifted flour and baking powder. You need so much flour to make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out each part in the form of a rectangle. Lubricate with currant or other thick jam.

For the cream, beat the rest of the sour cream with a glass of sugar and vanilla sugar.
