Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add warm water. Stir.
Sift the flour. Pour yeast on the flour, mix them with flour.

Knead the dough.



Add vegetable oil. Mix it into the dough.
Put the bowl with the dough in a warm place for an hour and a half.

Divide the dough into several parts.



Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Grease it with homemade seasoning (tomatoes + bell pepper + bitter pepper + salt).

Put diced sausage on half of the layer, then mushrooms, bell pepper, mozzarella, tomatoes, hard grated cheese.



Close the filling with the second half of the formation. The edges are simply pressed together.

Grease with beaten egg.



Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
