Sift two cups of flour, combine them with soda. Then mix sugar, salt and sour cream, after mixing, beat in the egg and process the mass with a mixer. Then add the softened butter, sifted flour and knead the dough, which is then rolled into a layer.
Then cut out the rounds from this layer. The diameter is approximately 10-12 cm .
Now the filling: whisk the protein with sugar, add cottage cheese (pre-wipe), sour cream and flour. Put a teaspoon of filling on each piece of dough, connect the halves, grease the juicers with egg yolk and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a high temperature (220-230 degrees).
