Everything is done very simply and quickly. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Pour the flour into boiling water and mix quickly until a homogeneous mass is formed. After that, remove the pan from the heat and cool the dough to a temperature of 60 degrees. Add eggs to the dough and mix until a homogeneous elastic mass. Then we make balls from the dough and put them on a baking sheet, lightly greased with fat. Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 15 minutes. We cool the finished balls.
While the cookies are cooling, we make the filling. Add cocoa, powdered sugar and cognac to the condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Then we cut each ball slightly or make a puncture and fill it with stuffing. After that, pour the chocolate glaze over the balls and that's it – the cookies with condensed milk are ready.
