An extraordinarily delicious dessert with an amazing berry filling! Almost every time I visit a cafe, I order for myself such sweet food as clafuti. A couple of weeks ago, I set out to learn how to cook this dish on my own. I found a suitable cooking recipe in one of my favorite books and made clafuti. It turned out very even. So, we start by heating the oven to 180 degrees. Then beat the egg whites with granulated sugar, then add the separately beaten egg yolks to them. After that, sift the flour, add baking soda, table salt and a little, stirring constantly. Then, also constantly stirring, add butter and a little milk. After that, lubricate the baking dish with oil, put the washed cherry on its bottom and pour the dough. Bake all this mass for about 35 minutes. Bon appetit!
