I propose to cook a delicious cupcake according to my friend's recipe. The dough includes toffee – a very interesting idea for baking. Apply your imagination by adding various dried fruits and nuts. It turns out a delicious cupcake, which belongs to the category of children's holiday food. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat, adding toffee. Cook this mixture, stirring constantly, until the toffee is completely dissolved. Then add granulated sugar, the amount of which can be changed depending on the taste of toffee. Remove the saucepan from the heat and put the butter in it. Mix thoroughly and cool to room temperature. After the mixture cools down, we drive a chicken egg into it with a whisk. In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking powder, nuts and dried fruits. Gradually adding the caramel mass, knead the dough. Next, pour the prepared dough into molds. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. You can sprinkle delicious cupcakes with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party!
