Cottage cheese casserole with oat flakes and pumpkin

A very tasty and tender casserole will especially appeal to kids! I warn you right away that this is an unsweetened cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin, but, nevertheless, it is just perfect for baby food. The food ends up being very flavorful. If you still do not have enough sugar in the casserole, you can safely serve it with honey or jam - the culinary recipe does not prohibit this.

We put the pumpkin pieces to bake in the oven. When they become soft, scrape the pumpkin pulp with a spoon. We should get 300-400 grams of pure pumpkin puree weight. Add a little sugar to the pumpkin, salt it to taste, put cumin. Herculean flakes are ground in an electric coffee grinder to the state of flour. Then this flour is mixed with pumpkin mixture. Beat the eggs with a mixer, then mix them with the cottage cheese ground with a fork (crushed leaves of fresh mint and butter must be pre-introduced into the cottage cheese). Mix well and carefully and combine the curd mixture with pumpkin. We warm up the oven to 180 degrees, coat the mold with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread our mass. The surface is leveled, smeared with sour cream and baked until fully cooked.
