Ham casserole

A great recipe for a simple and hearty casserole is worth adding to your menu! I want to share with you my latest find – this is a culinary recipe of German cuisine. We will prepare an appetizing casserole with ham – the perfect addition to a hearty lunch or even a festive table. The beauty of this dish is that it remains delicious even when it cools down (our family amicably ate the remains of the casserole directly from the refrigerator).

Raw potatoes are peeled and cut into beautiful thin circles. We cut the leek into beautiful rings. We take an oiled baking dish, put potatoes in it, and then leeks. Finely chop the ham (it's better to take a pork ham, the food will taste twice as good) and sprinkle it with potatoes and leeks. Chop the parsley finely and add part of it to the ham. In a bowl, combine sour cream with cream, beat well with a whisk, add salt, ground pepper. Mix everything and pour the resulting mixture of vegetables with ham. We put it in a preheated oven to one hundred and eighty degrees for about forty minutes. When the casserole is ready, take it out and sprinkle with the second part of the chopped parsley.
