So, let's deal with its main ingredient, namely carrots. Wash it, peel it from the skin and rub it on a grater, which has large holes. Take a pot with a thick bottom. Put carrots on the bottom of it and fill it with water. Pour it in such a way that the water only covers the carrots a little. Put the pan on a slow fire. When the water in the pan boils, add butter to the carrots. Add a little salt and sugar. Carrots need to be cooked until fully cooked. It will take you about 30 minutes. Then drain the remaining water in it and put it to cool. Break the eggs. Beat the yolks and put them in the cottage cheese. Mash the mass. Add the resulting mixture to the carrots. Mix it up. Then pour in the flour and mix again. Beat the whites to a thick foam. Gently mix them with the carrot mass. Prepare the baking dish. Put baking paper on the bottom, and put the casserole on it. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of it and put it in the oven. Bake such food for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Bon appetit!
