To cook it, first you need to cook the rice until it is fully cooked. To do this, put water in a saucepan on the fire. When it boils, put the rice and add a little salt. While the rice is cooking, you can do the meat. Rinse it out. Leave it to dry and scroll through the meat grinder. Peel the carrot and rub it on a grater with small holes. Mix the meat with carrots and rice. Add sour cream, milk and eggs to them. Mix everything thoroughly. Add salt and pepper if you like spicy. Prepare a baking dish. Brush it with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Level the surface. Put the resulting casserole in the oven and bake it at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. You can bake it in an aerogrill at a high blowing speed. The temperature should be equal to 235 degrees. Enjoy your appetite!
