To prepare the royal cheesecake, beat the eggs, add the cottage cheese, gradually pour out the sugar and a pinch of salt, and beat until smooth. Butter (solid) is rubbed large on a grater, pour out the flour and rub until a mass resembling crumbs is obtained. Then we divide this mass into equal two parts. We carefully pour one part into a mold, lay out the curd mass on top, and pour the rest of the oily mass onto it. Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake the cheesecakes in a hot oven until fully cooked. I received such a culinary recipe from my mother, who very often spoiled us with various pastries and food baked in the oven. I advise you to try to cook a royal cheesecake for dessert. Bon appetit!
