    Spread bananas on the 1st cake, cover with the 2nd cake.

Mix granulated sugar with powdered sugar. Whisk the proteins in a large container until a thick foam forms. Without ceasing to beat, pour gradually, a tablespoon at a time, a mixture of sand and powder. Beat the mixture for about 5 minutes until it is elastic. Add vinegar and flour to it.
On a baking sheet with non-stick spread 2 circles of parchment paper 23 cm in diameter. We put a little more dough on one circle than on the other. Sprinkle the mixture with half of the almonds on only one circle. Bake the dough for 2 and a half hours at 130 degrees.
Thawed ice cream is mixed with grated chocolate and marshmallows, cut into pieces. The mixture is sent to the freezer for half an hour. We take it out half an hour before serving. We put the cake with almonds on a dish, spread 2 bananas cut into pieces on top. Then the second cake, on which we spread the remaining sliced bananas mixed with ice cream. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining almonds, grated chocolate and powdered sugar on top. The cake is immediately served on the table.
