To prepare a birthday cake according to my personal recipe, I first separate the whites from the yolks. Then I beat the proteins with a mixer until a thick foam forms. I pour sugar into the foam and beat it. You can use a whisk, it will just take longer. Then I add condensed milk to the mixture, and mix everything thoroughly. I add flour, soda slaked with vinegar and starch. You can extinguish soda and lemon juice. Before cooking, I put the margarine in a saucepan or frying pan and melt it, and by the time I pour in the flour, the margarine will melt and cool. Gradually pour margarine into the dough, add the yolks and mix thoroughly.

Before baking, I divide the dough into two portions, respectively, two cakes are obtained. I bake the dough in a greased mold at a temperature of at least 200 degrees. I leave the finished cakes to cool. For the cream: whisk sour cream (you need to take thick sour cream) and add sugar 0.5 cups. Beat for 3 minutes and pour out the remaining condensed milk. I mix one-fifth of the cream with the juice of one red carrot or a dye, we need this for decoration. First, I coat the cake with cream, put the next cake on top and repeat the procedure, here you need to be careful so that the cake turns out beautiful. On top of the cake, you can decorate with carrot cream to your taste. The birthday cake is ready!I advise you to try this great food, you will not regret it.
