We start by dividing all the ingredients for the dough into 2 parts (we will have 2 cakes). For each individual cake, beat 2 chicken eggs with 75 grams of granulated sugar. After that, combine 60 grams of sifted flour, 20 grams of potato starch and 20 grams of cocoa powder and mix with eggs. Now we take a baking dish for cakes, smear it with oil and pour out the dough for the first cake. Bake it at a temperature of about 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. We do the same with the second cake. Now we are preparing the filling. To do this, soak the gelatin in water. Cottage cheese is mixed with sugar and whipped. Now we dissolve the gelatin and mix it with the cottage cheese along with chocolate chips. Now whisk the cream into a thick foam and mix it with the mass of cottage cheese. We spread the filling on the first cake and distribute it evenly. Cover the top with a second cake. Then we heat the chocolate and pour it over our cake. Here is our low-calorie treat and ready! Bon appetit!
