For this cooking recipe, we separate the whites from the yolks. Then put the softened margarine, yolks, soda, 3 tablespoons of sugar in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer or a broom. Add flour and knead the steep dough. After that, we divide our dough into equal 4 parts. We put two of them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Whisk the proteins with 2 tablespoons of sugar with a mixer at high speed until a stable mass. The two parts of the dough that we did not put in the refrigerator, we roll out in a baking dish, it is necessary to make the sides (about 1cm) or as a basket. We put jam in this deepened space. We can choose jam to taste, I usually put quince or pear jam there. We take one part of the dough out of the refrigerator and rub it on a coarse grater on top. Spread the whipped whites, and rub the second dough, also on a coarse grater. Preheat the oven and bake for about 40 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then turn off the oven and leave our cake in the oven with the door open until it cools completely. You can cut our wonderful food only when it has cooled down. Have a nice tea party!
