Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min
I warm up vegetable oil in a water bath and put the cod cut into small pieces in a deep frying pan without a handle. I do not forget to salt the cod beforehand. I put halves of small tomatoes, onion rings and carrot circles on top. Of course, I cut all this before I start cooking my favorite food - cod casserole "Romantic sultry afternoon". At an average temperature in a preheated oven for about twenty minutes. Fry flour in butter, pour a little fish broth into it. A broth cube will also do for this case. I also crumble the greens, pepper and salt the sauce, which I then pour over the fish, sprinkle with finely grated cheese on top and send it back to languish in the oven for another ten minutes. The food perfectly harmonizes with a summer salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and fresh onions from the garden. If you also serve it with a little table white wine, you will get just an excellent romantic dinner that every man can easily prepare for his beloved. Themed cookbooks are sometimes sold in underground passages, and this culinary recipe with such an intriguing name and even more impressive taste was found in one of these.
