Hearty chicken and potato pie

A hearty and incredibly delicious pie! You will be delighted! Surely you will have at least one chicken pie recipe at home that you have already tried. But since this dish has high taste qualities, I believe that it is possible and necessary to experiment with it until the best cooking option is found. For example, this recipe includes kefir with soda, which is not common, especially when it comes to unsweetened pies. The dough only benefits from this, getting additional tenderness. As a result, the food goes out to glory.

We start cooking by melting margarine, then, still warm, mix it with flour (while 2 cups) until smooth. Separately, beat the eggs, add salt, sugar, soda to them, pour kefir (note that soda is not extinguished with kefir). Now combine the dough with egg-kefir mass. Adding the remaining flour, knead the dough, divide into two equal parts, one of which is rolled out and placed on a baking sheet. We put the filling on top, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. Salt, pepper. The second half of the dough is also rolled out and we cover our pie. The remaining edges are folded into the sides, pinched. Now we bake in the oven for forty minutes, putting it at 200 degrees.
Filling: cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into mugs, and onion rings. Mix everything well.
