Dilute yeast in 50 ml of warm water with 1 tbsp.l of sugar and put it on for 10-15 minutes.

Beat eggs with sugar, add salt, vanilla sugar, butter, sour cream, warm milk, pour out the sifted flour, pour out the yeast that has come up, knead the dough. Add vegetable oil to the dough, knead well and put it in a warm place for an hour.

Put the pan on the fire, pour 1 tablespoon of water, pour out the sugar. Cook the syrup, stirring constantly. Pour the pears cut into large pieces into the syrup. Add pears. Put the pears on a plate with a slotted spoon and cool.

Cut a small piece from the dough for ribbons. Put the rest of the dough into a deep mold, level it by lifting the sides.
