Cook the rice until half cooked, drain the water, but do not rinse it. Add finely chopped onion and garlic clove, ground black pepper, rice, and eggs to the minced meat. Mix all the components well. From the prepared mixture, we mold small balls with a diameter of about 5 cm with wet hands. Fry the meatballs on both sides in vegetable oil in a frying pan. We put the prepared meatballs in a brazier and pour the sauce, which was previously made from sour cream, tomato sauce and water. If the resulting sauce does not cover the top layer of meatballs, it is necessary to add a small amount of boiled water or broth. We put the brazier in the oven, heated to 170 degrees. We warm up the contents of the brazier for 40 minutes. Meatballs with rice in tomato sauce are ready, you need to serve it hot, sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
