Grandma's cottage cheese pie

Extremely delicious, quick to prepare pie. Absolutely amazing cooking recipe. I haven't met a single person who didn't like Grandma's pie. Even my children, who do not eat cottage cheese in principle, eat this pie for both cheeks. My grandmother brought the recipe from Odessa, so we will assume that the cuisine is Ukrainian. The most interesting thing in the recipe is that we will pour out the dough, and pour out the filling.

To prepare the dough, take the butter and bake it with flour. Personally, I first freeze the butter, and then rub it on a grater in a bowl with flour. Add half a cup of sugar, salt, soda and quickly rub with your hands to a "tiny" consistency. The subtlety is this: If you squeeze a little dough into a lump, and then press it, then it should crumble into large crumbs. If the lump does not crumble, then there is not enough flour, add another tablespoon. If on the contrary, the lump crumbles into sand, then add oil, literally half a teaspoon.
The filling is simple: we rub the cottage cheese with eggs and the remaining sugar.
Grease the mold with oil and pour half of the dough there so that small sides turn out. Pour out the filling and cover with the remaining dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. When it smells, you need to look, it will soon turn red.
You can add nuts to the dough, and vanilla or raisins to the filling. And cook 2 pies at once- one is definitely not enough.
